1. Shipping / Delivery
    • • We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through trusted logistics partners.
      • Delivery timelines:
      • Lagos: 1–3 working days
      • Other states: 1-4 working days
      • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
      • Once an item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.
      • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the delivery company.
  2. Order Processing
    • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
    • Processing typically takes 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
    • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered either a replacement item or a refund.
  3. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are thrifted and unique (one-of-a-kind), we generally operate a no-return, no-exchange policy. However:
• Returns will only be accepted if:
• You receive the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
• The item arrives damaged, and this damage was not clearly stated before purchase.
• To qualify for a return:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Proof (clear photos/videos) of the issue must be provided.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  1. Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
    • Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account used for payment.
    • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Items bought on sale, clearance, or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items damaged due to customer handling (e.g., stretching, tearing, washing) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
