3. Products • ThriftNaija specializes in pre-loved/thrifted clothing and accessories. • All items are sold on an “as-is” basis. Please expect minor variations, wear, or imperfections typical of thrifted items. • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
4. Orders & Payments • Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed. • Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit card, or approved payment gateways. • ThriftNaija reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery • Delivery timelines vary by location within Nigeria and will be communicated at checkout. • Once items are handed over to our delivery partners, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. Returns & Refunds • Due to the nature of thrifted items, all sales are final. • Returns or refunds are only accepted if you receive a wrong item or a damaged item not disclosed at purchase. • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence. • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 working days.
7. Customer Responsibilities

By shopping with ThriftNaija, you agree to:

• Treat our staff, riders, and partners with respect.

• Use purchased items for personal use only, not for unlawful resale or counterfeit activities.

You agree to indemnify and hold ThriftNaija, its staff, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform.
